These Limited Edition Droids mark the final release in the Droid line, bringing the series to a close in two distinctive colourways.
Droid X features rainbow-iridescent stainless-steel rings that shift in colour as they catch the light, giving the familiar Droid silhouette a suitably extravagant final form.
Droid 9E takes a darker turn, pairing the titanium body with jet-black stainless-steel rings. Its name and appearance pay tribute to BB-9E, the black-plated BB-series astromech droid from the Star Wars sequel trilogy.
Both editions are presented in the same Delirium canister as the original Droid and include the full complement of accessories.
The name Droid 9E was inspired by BB-9E, a black-plate BB-series astromech droid in the service of the First Order, from the latest Star Wars sequel trilogy.
