We ship worldwide, with a few exceptions. Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING PARTNER?

All orders are shipped via Singapore Post’s ePAC service, our official partner in getting your spinning objects safely from our shores to your doorstep.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP?

Orders are typically packed up and sent on their way within seven days of purchase.

WILL MY PACKAGE BE TRACKED?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

HOW LONG WILL MY PACKAGE TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Most packages arrive within two weeks of dispatch, though customs processing and other unexpected adventures along the way may occasionally cause delays.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

All sales are final, so unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns.

HOW MUCH WILL YOU DECLARE ON THE CUSTOMS FORM?

We declare the full value of the items in your package. This is also the value your shipment will be insured for. Depending on where you live, your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the receiver.
